| Rader wheels, manufactured by Trans American Products Co., were installed on some XR7-G’s and were intended for all; but problems with air leakage, cracking, and lug nut torque forced their removal from production and a recall notice to owners. Ford was pretty thorough in their efforts to replace these wheels with styled steel wheels on most XR7-G’s, so very few survive today. This is an incredibly rare NOS Rader wheel displayed with its lug nuts, original box, and hub cap mounting cup. Also shown is a spinner accessory center cap which was a Rader accessory.
